Fifteen years. That's longer than a lot of careers, longer than most of the trends that have come and gone in this industry, and certainly long enough that the trust between us isn't something we have to think about anymore — it just is.

I've been lucky to have you on this side of the table. You've made every part of this work better — for me, for your clients, for the people on this team who've watched how you move and learned from it.
